Nikki didn’t start in tech. She began her career in transportation and logistics operations before landing in the PMO at a transportation software company. One day she was handed a little too much admin access to the company’s Salesforce org, and that accidental moment turned into a 7+ year career in the ecosystem.

Since then, she’s done a bit of everything, including admin, consultant, and leader of an enterprise Salesforce team. Nikki also co-founded the revived 5280 Dreamin’ conference in 2022 and spent over four years leading the Denver Salesforce Admin Community Group.

Despite the Colorado cred, she’s a proud Kalamazoo, Michigan native who spent a decade in Madison, Wisconsin.
