Ahmad started his Salesforce journey in 2012 as a sales rep who quickly became fascinated by the intersection of sales and technology. While still in sales, he began helping leadership navigate Salesforce and eventually transitioned into the official Salesforce Administrator role, relocating to Scranton, PA. There, he led Salesforce administration along with Sales and Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence initiatives.

Today, Ahmad has five Salesforce certifications and five years of consulting experience helping customers get more from the platform. He is also an active community contributor, speaking at user groups and conferences and joining the conference organizing committee in 2025 to give back.
