Ticket to Ride! The Connection in Well Architected and the Railroad

Salesforce Well-Architected guides you to good design with the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform. It shares guidance and examples to look for in your architecture, based on best practices from around the ecosystem. Well-Architected encourages you to design applications that are Trusted, Easy, and Adaptable. In this session, we will dive deeper into the word EASY, as one of the pillars that Salesforce uses in the Well-Architected structure, what does it mean to build something that is EASY, and how does this relate to good Architecture? Using the example of the North Shore Railroad, a great Minnesota attraction, we will decompose the Easy layer of the framework and how it applies to the Duluth Train System. You will leave with specific tools, processes, and design guidelines to use when building apps on the Salesforce platform.
