The Salesforce Team was approached by one of our brands for help distributing a survey to specific customers. The major pain point with past surveys was that most customers won’t respond or complete it when it’s sent via email.
The answer I created involves a simple custom object and a screen flow that I placed on the Task page. This allowed the customers to be assigned, called on, and the answers captured.
