Salesforce Says No To Human Trafficking

5,000 hours, 400 Volunteers, 3 days, 1 mission: to stop human trafficking. Over the course of a weekend, Salesforce admins, developers, and architects came together to donate their time to Stand Up a Salesforce org for It’s Going To Be OK (IGTBOK). IGTBOK is a Dallas-based charity that fights daily to end human trafficking in all its forms at the national level. The war on human trafficking has only increased during COVID meaning It’s Going To Be OK had more work than they could handle. The issue was simple, they needed to automate. Up until now, IGTBOK has been operating on a paper and pen system to track their clients, manage their donations, and monitor their volunteer base. Salesforce was the solution. A CRM solution such as Salesforce allowed IGTBOK to track clients going through their program which transforms a victim-to-survivor and then thriver. In this presentation, we will show you how we implemented the Non-Profit Starter Pack to allow this organization to continue to grow at the speed they need. We will demonstrate the donor flow process, intake process, and specialized security protocols to keep day-to-day functioning smoothly as well as keeping clients information safe.
