A lot of people know that having a mentor can be beneficial, but do you know how to get the most out of that relationship?

This is a discussion of some of the key elements that make the mentor/mentee relationship work. We will talk about who initiates, who sets the agenda, and who guides the conversation. It might surprise you to find out that these things are all the responsibility of the mentee, not the mentor!
