In this session you’ll learn how to gather your KPI targets into a custom object and then use Flows to automatically connect the KPI records to the required opportunity (or lead, or quote, or any other object) record. We will tie it all together by creating a report and dashboard to display your goal versus actual data, making you a reporting champion for your organization.
This is Goals vs Actual 2.0 because this session was previously presented at Dreamforce 2018 using process builder and the old flow designer. The business use case is the same as the original but all of the automation is updated to use the current flow builder.
