In this session, we’ll explore how my organization has leveraged Salesforce to support our programs and drive impact. We’ll dive into the different Salesforce apps and features we use, including Salesforce for Nonprofits, PMM, Form Assembly, and Slack. And we’ll explore how these tools enable us to track program outcomes, measure impact, and engage with their stakeholders.
