Linda is a 25+ year Software, Saas and Business Technology Professional. Linda spent 14 Years at CA Technologies before joining Salesforce in 2013. Linda has held various leadership roles in Customer Success and Support. She is currently Vice President of Customer Success within the Product Education Organization and leads a global team of 400+ Product Experts that teach Salesforce Customers about product features and functions, along with how to use and apply those features to drive product adoption and business impact. Linda’s focus on leveraging Salesforce, data and insights to drive operational rigor and delivery excellence has been core to how she executes. Her ability to lead large organizations that rally around a purpose and drive transformation is the key to her success. Linda has also played an active role as a mentor to aspiring leaders and participates in the Salesforce Women’s Network (SWN) serving as a facilitator and lead for the SWN Real Talk Community Support Circles and is an Equality Mentor. She is also passionate about VTO opportunities supporting Breast Cancer Research. Linda and her family walk yearly for Steppin’ Out In Pink – in memory of her Mom, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2015. In Linda’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Owner/Brewmaster of their family brewery business – Fat Pants Brewing Company and their 6 children and 6 grandchildren. She also enjoys golfing, cooking/baking, wine & food tasting, traveling to new destinations and spending time at their family cabin.
