Emotional Detox

We each have an inner life and an outer life. We generally focus more on the outer life (example: we focus on physical fitness or yoga – which is also important). In this session, an introduction is given on ways to have a healthy inner life by taking care of our emotions, maintaining a positive outlook and going to the heart of relaxation.
